Annette Adams, Sr. HR Consultant, Nationwide Insurance
Annette Adams is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources.
Adams has worked for Nationwide Insurance for 15 years. During this time, she has worked in HR roles providing strategic HR consultation to operations including underwriting, sales, claims, actuarial, and services. Adams also held previous roles as an underwriting leader in both personal lines and commercial underwriting. She also currently supports the Des Moines Regional Office which represents Allied Insurance, a subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance.
Adams has recently led diversity and inclusion efforts for Nationwide’s Des Moines campus by providing leadership to their local associate resource groups. For the past two years, she was also a member of the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Diversity Council.
Annette is a native of Iowa and lives in Ankeny with her husband Jason and two children Jacob and Gracyn.
